Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include: (a) identification of the material that was removed; (b) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; (c) your name, address, and telephone number; (d) a statement consenting to jurisdiction; (e) your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers. Content providers who repeatedly upload infringing material will have their accounts permanently disabled.
